Japanese business confidence has hit its highest level in two years, a central bank survey suggests.

But just last month, Japan's new prime minister Naoto Kan said the country was at "risk of collapse" under its huge debts.

Roland Buerk spoke to some of the Japanese savers currently financing the country's debt.
