"Be careful what you dream of because you might get it. And when you get to a stop in the business, and in 25 years there have been times when it's sort of suddenly felt I'm not quite sure what's happening…that is because your imagination has failed you.

"But I think if you can envisage the thing you're trying to achieve, then you can do it."
