"Be careful what you dream of because you might get it. And when you get to a stop in the business, and in 25 years there have been times when it's sort of suddenly felt I'm not quite sure what's happeningā€¦that is because your imagination has failed you.

"But I think if you can envisage the thing you're trying to achieve, then you can do it."
