Britain's cutting-edge synchrotron in Oxfordshire

A huge futuristic-looking silver building in Oxfordshire houses one of the world's most cutting-edge science facilities.

Inside, a machine called a synchrotron, helps support ground-breaking research, including the study of viruses.

The BBC's Richard Westcott took a look inside.
