Rates advice for Bank of England from the front line
Inflation, the rate at which prices rise, is nearly twice the rate it is supposed to be, but with the economy still hovering between recovering and relapsing what should the Bank of England do?
The BBC went to the north east of England, where the region's own version of the Monetary Policy Committee has some advice for the real committee making that rate decision, and they say their guidance comes from the business front line.
