England flag to fly over Downing St says David Cameron

Prime Minister David Cameron has agreed to fly the England flag over Downing Street for the duration of the World Cup.

Tory MP Nadhim Zahawi put the question to Mr Cameron during Prime Minister's Questions.

Mr Cameron received cheers when he voiced his support for the England team, and confirmed that flying the flag would be done "at no additional cost to the taxpayer".
