Troubled teens 'sent to Siberia'
Young offenders from Germany are being sent to Siberia in an attempt to steer them away from further trouble.
The extreme climate was once considered punishment, with frozen winters and suffocating humidity in summer.
But the teenagers are expected to work hard while there.
