US storm chaser films tornado close-up

Storm chaser Andy Gabrielson has filmed a tornado in the US state of Colorado from only 50 yards (45m) away.

Mr Gabrielson captured video footage of the tornado during the three-hour storm on Monday.

No injuries were reported from the tornado, which knocked down electricity poles and produced tennis ball-sized hailstones.
