Vince Cable explains spending cuts U-turn

Business Secretary Vince Cable has explained why he is supporting Chancellor George Osborne's £6.2bn proposed spending cuts, despite saying the opposite during the election campaign.

Mr Cable told Jeremy Paxman he had changed his view because of the economic crisis in Europe.
