TV chef Fearnley-Whittingstall wants allotment land use

With waiting lists for council-run allotments running into the thousands, the Politics Show in Wales asks if more can be done to free space for people to grow their own.

The celebrity chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, says it is "madness" for councils to "sit on" land which could be made available.
