Whitelee Farm and Moor

  • Whitelee Farm in Northumberland boosts great opportunities for wild walks and bird watching.

"Spring is when plants burst into growth… that vivid green of new leaves dusts all the hedges in the countryside... and the first flowers bloom.

"Before the days of intensive farming, many of our meadows would have been covered in wild flowers.

"Today they are still a few special wildlife sites where you can see spring in all its glory."
