At over 500m above sea level, the Stiperstones are one of Shropshire's best-known landmarks.

The Devil's Chair, Cranberry Rock and other jagged, quartzite tors along the ridge of the Stiperstones are visible miles away.

  • This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a great place for wild walks and birds of prey in the autumn.

"The British Isles' dramatic scenery of forests, hills and lochs is great walking country with lots of wildlife to discover… and, I assure you, not all the walking is strenuous!

"You could be out in the wild seeing Red Deer and enjoying a wild walk. Come on, it's too good to miss!"
