While most people are thinking of Christmas shopping, the Wild Africa production team were trying to squeeze in as many trips as possible before the Christmas break.

"Lakes and Rivers" producer Julian Hector set off apprehensively with a full dive team for this shoot in Lake Malawi. Apart from ensuring that air bottles could be refilled they had to know that if there was a dive emergency they had the necessary backup. Diving from a small hut on the shores of Lake Malawi, they had to take everything they needed with them. Listen to "Jules" talking about his experiences.
