To explore the deep ocean in a virtual environment. You must prepare for an underwater expedition, then collect and analyse data from the alien world of the deep.

Move on to the next stage and find out what you need to know in order to explore the world of the deep.

You can look through the species for a closer look at the creatures you'll meet on your dive, from tiny jellies to massive deep sea sharks.


The Gulf Stream moves more 100 times as much water as all the rivers on earth at a speed of up to 97km (60 miles) per day. At its peak rate of flow, it can shift 90 million tonnes of water per second.
