One of the more established acts to be nominated for the 2010 prize, Biffy Clyro's fifth album Only Revolutions continues to cement their role as one of the premier UK rock acts around. Their loyal fans will be hoping the prize acknowledges their stomp-worthy sounds as being the best record of the last year.

'Only Revolutions' certainly deserves to win, Biffy have entered the mainstream without compromising their sound one bit. Every Biffy album has been a move forward in dynamics and songwriting. They are an incredible band.
