The most original album in a long, long while; every time i listen to Speech Therapy i hear something new, i still can't make my mind up as to which is my favourite track - a truley complete album. SPEECH TO WIN!!

What a shocker, a girl who sings out of key and time wins the Mercury prize!
Anybody watching last night must've fallen off their seat at that decision.
The Murky prize it certainly is!

She sounds totally jumped up; the quote "I'm confident I'm going to win"
Was this fixed? Was it the result of being the political correct vote?
Of course it doesn't help that I detest all Rap and Hip Hop with the exception of Eminem

God forbid some one from this country should show a bit of confidence. There's nothing wrong with a bit of arrogance in a young artist. I, like most people who have slated the decision, haven't actually heard this album yet but good luck to her. Personally I was hoping for Bat for Lashes because they're amazing live and have produced two great albums but that's just my opinion. Politically correct decision??? You are kidding?? Maybe try the Daily Mail website.

3000 album sales says it all!
A token winner to show that the white middle class suits are down with the streets aye.
The only decent urban act (or what ever the pc term is), who has shown the remotest talent is Dizzee Rascal.
