The Horrors - Primary Colours

The Horrors

Southend-on-Sea group The Horrors return after two years, shedding their garage rock persona and replacing it with an album of guitar synth melodies drawing parallels with My Bloody Valentine and The Jesus And Mary Chain. With production help from video director Chris Cunningham and Geoff Barrow of Portishead, The Horrors have won over the critics with Primary Colours thus far. Can they win over the Mercury Prize judges too?
