The Dowco Triumph Street Pipe Band is a competitive and concert pipe band based in Greater Vancouver, Canada. Originally established in 1971, the band has a long competitive history. Overall, the band finished 12th in the 2010 Grade One Final and is again proud to be ranked one of the top three bands in North America for the second year in a row.

Bob Worrall's comments (after the medley) re tenor flourishing are spot-on. It distracts from an otherwise excellent overall performance. They need to be pulled into line and told it's not all about them.
