In 1992, the 37th Eurovision Song Contest was held in Sweden. This clip shows the UK entry, performed by Michael Ball.

The song, called "One Step Out of Time", finished in 2nd place with a 139 points.

The winning entry came from Ireland with their Eurovision entry, "Why Me?" performed by Linda Martin and composed by Johnny Logan. Linda finished with 155 points.
