The Score has become one of the best-selling hip hop albums of all time.

The Fugees' follow-up album to the 1994 underground hit, Blunted On Reality was released worldwide in February 1996. The album successfully fused reggae and soul influences with dusty sampled beats, and the winning combination of Lauryn Hill’s dulcet vocals and Pras and Wyclef’s conscious lyrics meant that The Score soon became one of the biggest hits of that year.

With covers like Ready Or Not and No Woman No Cry, together with the hit singles Fu Gee La and Ready Or Not, it is no surprise that The Score has become one of the best-selling hip hop albums of all time, with 10 million copies sold worldwide.
