On August Bank Holiday 2010, the BBC Introducing stage returned to the Reading and Leeds festival sites for the third year running to showcase another batch of talented new bands and musicians. Most of the acts on our line-up bagged themselves a slot after being recommended by their local BBC Introducing radio show team, often as a result of uploading their music to us. Others were chosen in collaboration with Leeds venue The Cockpit and organisers Festival Republic.
The festival ran from Friday 27 August - Sunday 29 August with full event coverage on the BBC's Reading and Leeds site.
