BBC Introducing Musicians' Masterclass - Watch online on February 3

Hosted at two world famous studios, Abbey Road and Maida Vale, we will be giving new musicians an opportunity to hear from some of the biggest names in the industry - including established artists, record labels, managers, BBC DJs and many more. If you're a musician wanting to know how to take the next step, this event is a must.

But if you didn't bag yourself a ticket to the event, don't worry. You'll be able to watch the whole day live online and all the best bits afterwards.

Channel One

14:30 - Jo Whiley in Conversation with Jamie Cullum
Watch advice and a performance from Jamie in Abbey Road studio 1.
16:00 - Zane Lowe in Conversation with Trent Reznor and Richard Russell
Zane presents a pre-recorded interview with Trent and hosts the XL Records boss live at Abbey Road.
17:15 - The Dregs
Dev and Greg from Radio 1 try their hands at forming a band.
17:30 - Question Time hosted by Huw Stephens
Put your questions to Melvin Benn (Festival Republic), George Ergatoudis (BBC Radio 1), Steve Strange (Xray Touring), Daniel Miller (Mute) and entertainment lawyer Paul Lennon.

Tom Robinson lead this session about getting the most from your live show, with performance and advice from Frank Turner.
12:45 - Songwriting
Brian Higgins from Xenomania shares tips about writing hit songs.

Maverick Sabre and Rob Da Bank talk about getting booked and preparing for the show.
16:30 - Getting Your Music Out There
Jen Long hosts a session about how to get yourself heard in a digital world, with David Haynes (Soundcloud), Mike Duce (Lower Than Atlantis), Paul Smernicki (Universal) and entertainment lawyer Cliff Fluet.

11:15 - Guitars
Jen Long is joined by Newton Faulkner, Aziz Ibrahim and Chantel McGregor look at what guitarists can do to improve their performances.
12:45 - DJ Techniques
Pete Tong and Jamies Zabiela host a session about transforming your set into a performance.
14:30 - Mike Pickering
Bobby Friction talks to the Hacienda veteran and M-People founder.
15:45 - Recording
BBC engineers and our house band walk you through a complete recording session.

Twin B hosts a session about how to get attention in the digital world with Charlie Sloth, Saint Saviour and John Rostron (SWN Festival).
12:45 - MC Masterclass
Tim Westwood hosts a session with JME, Lady Leshurr, Dot Rotten and Adam Deacon.
14:45 - Songwriting
Tom Robinson offers inspiration for songwriters, lyricists and MCs in any genre.
15:45 - Guitars
Ally McCrae and Dan P Carter are joined by Young Guns and Aziz Ibrahim to look at what guitarists can do to improve their performances.
