Line-up and Artists: Rilo Kiley

Rilo Kiley played on Saturday. Check our line-up & artists section to find out which stage and who else played.

Rilo Kiley Miss Minogue has sadly had to cancel but there will still be one Kiley on stage at Glastonbury this year.

The Rilos have been around long enough to play Glasto before - last year, to about two dozen people, first thing in the morning, in the rain – but can expect a rather warmer welcome this time around, now that their superb third album 'More Adventurous' has established them as the swishest 'new' pop combo in the cosmiverse.

The opportunity to see them on the John Peel Stage, sashaying through "Portions For Foxes" in close proximity to some actual, proper countryside foxes should not be missed, while the sight of frontwoman Jenny Lewis murmuring “It’s a hit …” will be enough to make even the most cider-addled indie boy swoon.

Never mind the 'other' Kylie, it’s odds-on that, by the end of the weekend, you won’t be able to get this lot out of your head.

RK are fantastic...Jenny Lewis is a fox...I was also one of the dozen in the morning rain last year and she was well worth getting wet for!
Dan - Brighton

I was one of the dozen or so people in front of the other stage at 10.30 on the Saturday last year. It was miserable, it was wet (and i'd had three hours sleep) but Jenny Lewis' sweet folky vocals made it seem like the clouds had lifted for their all-too brief set. More Adventurous is a sweet little album but I'm hoping they'll play a bit more from their back-catalogue at Glasto. Can't wait!
Nick, Brighton

I just saw Rilo Kiley play in Denver the other night. Great group and a fun time was had by all. The opening act, Feist, was a treat as well. Check her out if you get the chance.
Cathy -- Fort Collins, CO

Execution of all things is a good album, but the female vocal tracks suit the band better than the male ones. Its not that they are worse, it's just they seem a little odd placed inbetween Jenny's tracks!
Nick - Rossendale

I also saw Rilo Kiley on the Bright Eyes tour and was bored to tears. Tedious country rubbish - avoid! Listen to Bearsuit instead!
London

I saw Rilo Kiley support Bright Eyes in Portsmouth and they were amazing. I recently bought the album and its the perfect summer album....lots of pretty songs to frolic to. :)
Chloe - Bournemouth
