I got back into listening to contemporary music after a decision to stop listening to it in 1984. The main reason was the Kaisers.They are the best act to come out of Leeds and I am very proud of them. In the last 25 years I have been involved with Gof4, Mekons, Soft Cell, Sisters, Mission etc. and my own bands, but the Chiefs are the best.

Sorry, but did anyone else notice that they left out Nick Hodgson on the drums when they named the band members??? cheek... lol Kaiser Chiefs are amazing people that make amazing music. I've met them and seen them live, so I can speak from experience. Ricky is an awesome dancer and Nick is especially funny!!!

Quite Amazing. I saw them before they were famous as support to Thirteen Senses at Barfly Cardiff and have never looked back since. A real sound of their own & Ricky has an energy like I have never seen. The only thing I have trouble with is the blasfemous title & words to a very famous song of theirs but God is still watching over them while their fame is ever increasing. A truely wonderful band and Peanut's skills on keys are quite fantastic for such a quiet guy.

Chiefs are amazing . . . saw them the other day at their 'secret' gig in Leeds. 450 people going mad. Ended up on stage about 3 times, and singing a little bit of Modern Way with Ricky!!!

Went to see them play in California at the BFD Shoreline Ampitheatre in Mountain View. They completey stole the show! The lead singer was incredibly entertaining...diving into the audience, jumping around, climbing up the stage, just like how Damon Albarn used to be in Blur! Hooray!

The Kaiser Chiefs are unique in their sound and add depth to a music scene which has so many similar sounding bands. For that they must be applauded. However, i hope i do not cause a riot by stating they are not my cup of tea!
