Fife Constabulary pipe band led by Pipe Major Jim Murray and Leading Drummer Mick O’Neill recorded at Celtic Connections 2011. Find out more about the Glenfiddich Piping Championships.

More from The Annual Piping Concert on Pipeline on BBC Radio Scotland.

Founded in 2007, the Fife Constabulary Pipe Band has swiftly established itself as one of Scotland's finest. Celtic Connections' Annual Piping Concert at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall saw the band playing to its strengths – imaginative arrangements and a sweet tone - without straying too far from the traditional pipe band idiom. Jim Murray and Mick O'Neill guide the band with a deft touch, drawing on a wealth of experience within the ranks. We'll be broadcasting highlights, together with music from the National Youth Pipe Band of Scotland, on Pipeline on Saturday 22nd January, repeated on Sunday 23rd.

You can also watch Fife Constabulary Pipe Band at the World Pipe Band Championships alongside all of the Grade One performances from the event.
