John Ohannes Dolmayan (born July 15, 1973 in Beirut, Lebanon) is an Armenian-American songwriter and drummer. He is best known as the drummer of Grammy Award-winning rock band, System of a Down. The band has been on hiatus since 2006. He is currently the drummer for the band Scars on Broadway.
