Klaus Dinger (March 24, 1946 – March 21, 2008) was a German musician and songwriter most famous for his contributions to the seminal krautrock outfit, Neu!. Less known is that he was the former percussionist of Kraftwerk and the guitarist and chief songwriter of new wave group La Dusseldorf. He died on 21 March 2008, three days before his 62nd birthday.
