Biography

Pulled Apart by Horses is an alternative rock band from Leeds. They formed in late 2007 and rehearsed above 'The Packhorse' pub in Leeds which was also where they performed there first secret show to a full house of attendees who had been invited by text message on February 13th, 2008. After a slot at Manfest 2008 alongside band friends That Fucking Tank they soon began to get good press, gig offers and a quickly growing fan base. They are well known for very frantic live performances in which injuries even occur. They recently headlined Nastyfest IX in Leeds to a packed audience of onlookers where a chaotic and injury stricken performance took place involving members of the band being sent to hospital. There music is a combination of heavy riff based guitar work infused with disco licks and pounding drum rhythms. The band all met in Leeds after playing in other well known and now defunct Leeds acts: Concentration Champ (Lee), Mother Vulpine(Tom),It Takes Bridges(James),Monster Killed by Laser(Rob).
