K.P. & Envyi

Kp (Khia Philips) & Envyi (Susan Hedgepeth)--though often confused as a group, were actually separate artists. KP was a member of the Kapers, and Envyi a solo artist. They are best known for their 1998 SoSo Def (Jermaine Dupri)hit single, "[Shawty] Swing My Way" released on February 3, 1998, which peaked at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100, #14 on the UK Singles Chart, #14 on the New Zealand Singles Chart, and #54 on the Dutch Single Top 100.

A young Polow Da Don was featured in the music video for "Swing My Way." By popular standards they would be considered a one-hit wonder of the 1990s.

In 2005, KP & Envyi released a new song called 'Put Cha Hands Up' on Young, Fly & Flashy, Vol 1 by Jermaine Dupri. And in July 2011, KP & Envyi performed their hit single 'Swing My Way' at A-Town Legends Concert Event.

Hedgepeth (Envyi), now known as Sioux Lane, released another album, "Tell Me Why", in 2009.

Hedgepeth (Envyi), auditioned and made it through to the main stage on BET's 2012 season of Sunday's Best.
