Today we will be hearing about judo and learning the word 'potential' and the phrase 'aim of the game'.

Judo is a martial art that started in Japan.

This week let's hear about judo from a member of the British Judo team.

Ben Ashworth is a physiotherapist for the team and helps treat and prevent the judo player's muscles injuries.

Let's hear from Ben.
