Modelling not your thing? You could still be on TV!

Send us a 15-second video clip of yourself introducing a BBC Three programme, and you could end up seeing your face on screen ...

The rules

If you feel like introducing a show, your video should be no longer than 15 seconds.

If you want to share your views, make sure your video is 45 seconds or less.

Videos can be a maximum of 10MB in size, and we can accept the following formats: avi, wmv, 3GP, MPEG, asf, mov, wav & mp4.

  • Be as imaginative, creative or funny as you possibly can.
  • Don't swear.
  • Make sure that all participants in any video you submit are 16 years of age and over, and have given their consent to be featured.
  • Flashing us your bits (disabled or otherwise) is not big and not clever. So don't get naked.
  • Don't include music unless you've made it yourself and you want us to use it.
  • Don't include any video you've taken from a film, TV show or DVD.
  • Don't use pictures you've nicked off the net.
  • Do make sure that whatever you send us is suitable for broadcast on this site or on the telly.
