He has examined how the National Trust is facing increasing problems with climate change and expensive repair work at many of its properties.

Bob met the people who are anxious to restore buildings in the most unlikely of places such as cemeteries and underground bunkers.

He also looked at the impact that budget cuts and job losses are having on our much treasured canal network.

And finding out about the plans to save one of our most important medieval castles from permanent ruin.
