  1. Can I put Merlin on Youtube/Bittorrent?

    No, this would be a serious breach of copyright. There is, however, an official BBC channel on You Tube.

  2. Can I use pictures, music or any other copyright material on my website?

    As it is copyright material, we can not endorse its use. We are aware that several websites do so without our permission, which they use at their own risk.

  3. I am doing a school project/case study - can I use copyright material?

    If the material is only going to be used within your work and available only to you or an examiner, then yes, you may. If the work is to be displayed, performed or distributed in any way, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, then this would be a breach of copyright.
