How can I download videos and/or wallpapers to my phone?
A mobile site is available for Merlin.

Can I request specific images/sounds/videos?
Unfortunately, we cannot take specific requests; we update the site as often as possible with the best of the material that is made available to us.

Can I watch a full episode online?
When episodes of Merlin are broadcast on BBC television they are usually available to watch on BBC iPlayer. For rights reasons episodes are usually only available for 7 days after they have been broadcast and only available to UK viewers. Go to the Merlin programme pages to check if there are any episodes available to watch.

Why can't I access Merlin videos if I live outside the UK?
We have to restrict most of our video content to the UK for rights reasons. Our system does this by looking at your IP address (the unique number of your computer). If your IP address is not recognised as one that is inside the UK, you will receive an error message.

I'm in the UK but told that I'm not, what should I do?
