BBC Worldwide, the main commercial arm and a wholly owned subsidiary of the BBC, has today announced the appointment of Roger Mosey as a Non-executive Director on the BBC Worldwide Board, with effect from 20th August 2012.

The appointment is in his capacity as Acting Director, BBC Vision and follows the appointment of the Director, BBC Vision role to the BBC Worldwide Board earlier this year. In common with all the BBC Public Service directors on the BBC Worldwide Board, Roger Mosey will not be remunerated for his directorship.
