BBC Lifestyle viewers in Poland declare Gordon Ramsay as their favourite celebrity chef

Faced with tough competition from 20 culinary kings and queens, which included the tantalising temptress Nigella Lawson, flamboyant favourite Heston Blumenthal and baking beauty Lorraine Pascale, viewers cast over 3000 votes via http://www.bbcpolska.com to determine the culinary countdown top ten.
Commenting on the victory, Gordon Ramsay said: "It's great that for the second year running the BBC Lifestyle viewers in Poland have voted me their favourite chef – I'm really honoured. Thanks to all who voted."
The battle was hard fought, but only one could take the crown! The top ten culinary delights as chosen by viewers were revealed on BBC Lifestyle in a special ten days of programming every night at 18:00. Topping the vote with a delectable delight and culminating the Valentine’s Day special yesterday, Gordon Ramsay was the runaway winner with 49% of the vote and was awarded the honourable title of ‘Favourite celebrity chef’.
