Dougie Vipond presents the morning action, as some of the world’s best cyclists battle it out for medals at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in the men’s and women’s individual pursuit, while Olympic star Jason Kenny will hope for more success on British soil in the men’s sprint.

Manish Bhasin is your guide to the afternoon’s action from 1400 to 1900 as the boxing competition gets underway in Glasgow.

There’s also action from the shooting competition in Carnoustie, as England’s 16-year-old Amber Hill aspires to be among the medal winners in the Women’s Skeet Final.

Dan Walker hosts the evening’s action from 1900 to 2000, where Northern Ireland face a tough challenge in the netball as they take on Jamaica, and there are medals to be won in the Weightlifting and Judo.
