  • Arcade Fire – Neon Bible (2007) (Wednesday 5 December)

These four iconic albums will be played in their entirety from start to finish, unedited and uninterrupted. Each show will also include interviews with the artists and others involved in the making of the album, giving a fascinating insight into the stories behind the music.

Zane Lowe says: "This year we wanted four Masterpieces that are modern classics. Each album is pure quality, but hasn't necessarily featured on any traditional 'greatest album' lists. That has become important to this series - to come up with new masterpieces. Songs For The Deaf, Ill Communication, Neon Bible and Dig Your Own Hole are all modern day masterpieces."
