Lawrence works in a grocery store in Chorlton and food is his passion -- especially baked beans and rocket. He's turned his obsession into a work of art and now shoppers can muse over the 40 photographs he's taken of his dinner, as they pass through the checkout. Lawrence just wants to make people think more about food, but the problem is people keep asking him for recipes...
