Mutz Nutz, the home of Poptastic finally gets its long awaited face-lift.

Karl Lucas club promoter with style and cheek, sets the precedent by opening Manchester’s first unique clubbing experience Homiesexual.

Thursday night on the gay scene has got it coming, no excuse that there’s no place to shake your booty. With outrageously cheap drinks, fabulous visual décor, live graffiti art, guests PAs. Four DJs sweat it out pumping R'n'B hip-hop, Old Skool, Garage and dance, not to forget those sexy good-looking girls and boys with one thing on their minds: to live it up and have a good time egged on by their very own MC.

Karl Lucas and fellow promoter Jason Harrison say they don’t go out on the gay scene very much, for people like themselves into Urban music there’s nowhere in Manchester that caters for their tastes in music. Karl says, "I thought if nobody else is going to do it, I will " and he certainly has done in style. Karl made it clear, they are straight friendly but remember: that this is a gay night in the gay village.

With the birth of Homiesexual the future is yet to been seen. One thing for sure is that it is a great Thursday night out. And if you're not into Urban music don’t worry you can still shake your Booty in room 2 which hosts Funk, Groove, Soul, Motown, and of course for all you disco bunnies and queens who find it hard to leave your the handbags at home there’s good old Disco.

"I’ll certainly be back."
