Oliver Lang started listening to tracks from the age of 10, was buying records at 12, playing out by 14, and released a track on Rawfish at 16.
Quite an impressive start for someone who's still only 23!
He's also a veteran of Ibiza and a rising star on the national scene.

But it wasn’t always a smooth ride - as Debbie Troops found out when she talked to him.
Listen to the chat.

Oliver on...getting started
"...it was through one of my sister's boyfriends really...he was a dj and I just wanted to know what he did and how he did it."

Oliver on...the current house scene
"...it's very commercial and I think that's a shame...it seems that everyone's just rushing to get that one big tune...I'm still very enthusiastic though about the more underground sound..."

Oliver on...foreign audiences
"...they're great especially in Russia where I've just played 'cos they have a very healthy underground scene and it's much easier to break new tunes to them...UK audiences like the new stuff but it is easier abroad..."

Oliver on...the Future
"...I'm sitting in my studio right now and I'm about to do some bootlegs with HedKandy but production is the move forward for me..."
