I have been a big Hanson fan for many years. I finally had the opportunity to meet them about 7 months ago and they were just so sweet and polite. I love every record more than the previous one, they just keep getting better! I married a major Hanson skeptic (you could even call him a hater) and after seeing an acoustic show and then a plugged-in show this year, he now really likes their music and will give any new song of theirs a chance. I'll even catch him listening to them when I'm not around! For me that was a major battle won, just goes to show how amazing their music truly is!!

I have been a Hanson fan since I first heard MMMBOP and 7/8 years later I actually fullfilled my dream of seeing them live, seeing them in the flesh. At the gig I was like a teenager again I was so emotional, I was screaming crying laughing singing. Zac has always been my fave bro even though I am 3 years older than him and to see him all grown up and singing on his own playing all those instruments. Iwas so happy. They have all grown up and their talent has grown with them. I was also glad to see Tay with long hair tied back like he used to have it. Long may they live xxx

I think that Hanson is probably one of the most talented bands of the last decades, but some people don't want to apreciate this just because what comes to their minds when they listen the word Hanson is Mmmbop, and that's definately a very small part of them, 'cause they have all kind of songs, deep ones, kind of party ones, and even depressed ones, it's amazing! I love their music since I was a kid.

Now they're popular, transient, mass produced, low cost, young, witty, sexy, gimmicky, glam, and big business man. Hey, no wonder Nero fiddled while Rome burned. They're intelligent too. They seem to have reached levels of understanding that professionals are just starting to approach. Their continuing source of inspiration is their grandmother Bea. She's a real pistol. They stillmiss their other grandmother, Jane Nelson lawyer. The hit song, With You In Your Dreams was dedicated to her memory, Taylor thinks of her every time he gets to sing it.

Right on sister! I was at the Manchester gig and apparently they did more songs than any other gig! I've seen them twice now, loved them since 1997 and I love that people are slowly getting past the days of MMMBop. Hanson FOREVER!

I was at the concert in Cologne and it was pretty cool although it was so short. I stood in the very first line and the accoustic feeling was great. The music and their voices were really awesome. I've been a Hanson fan for years, and I finally got the chance to see them in concert in Sacramento, CA (USA) in October. They put on a great show, and the definately proved they still got what it takes.

Hanson are the best band in the world. I went to the Manchester gig and it was the best night of my life. It should have been rated at 10/10 cos thats what they deserve! Hanson have pure talent as 'mmmbop'sold 8,000,000 records in 1997! Hanson music is so pure and perfect and they play all their own instroments and write their own songs... they are amazing. Hanson rock! Issac rocks and zac is hot, and if taylor is reading this, i think your beautiful, so marry me!

I'm a little tired of seeing such excellent Hanson review after excellent Hanson review and yet the general public STILL don't change their prejudiced and frankly WRONG impression of this band. When will other people see how amazing this band are... not just hacks or die hard fans. In my opinion Zac's voice has blossomed into one of the most soulful things i've heard for years. The piano is not important... the depth of his voice is phenomenal and (perhaps) holds even more potential than his older brother's. His solos are always a highlight of their show... and who wants to be like boring, middle-of-the-road Chris Martin anyway? Hehe.

I saw the lads play in Dublin and I was fortunate enough to meet Taylor before the show. I have to say he is a really sweet guy and was so courteous and polite when I offered him the flowers I’d brought. These guys are for real, not like the pretentious pop idols that are currently dominating the music scene, which has gone wrong today. I’m so proud of Hanson for outstanding all that has happened in the music world. I am sure that they still be around for a long time to come, no matter what.

Hanson I think will always be the way they were when they were young.The problem with all those other young stars was that they let all the fame take them over and then they forgot why they really started it all.....In Hanson's case they were in it for the music and still are.Hanson is a great and memorable band that people can count on to always influence and inspire.

I've love them for 7 years n we keep on doing, There latest album ''Underneath'' is amazing, especially ''Penny And Me'', ''Lost Without Each Other'' and ''Broken Angel'' sang by the lovely Zac. When Hanson come back to the UK early next year you HAVE to go and see them, even if you dont like them, (you soon will do). I took my non hanson friend with me to the ''Underneath Acoustic Tour'' and she is now i hanson fan. She now wants to know when hanson are going to be on tv and wants all there albums. So hanson must be really good.

I saw the lads play the acoustic set in Temple Bar in Dublin and they were so amazing. It was their first irish gig ever and i cant believe it took them seven years to get here but the wait was soooo worth it! It was so great to actually see them playing before my eyes they have such good stage presence- thumbs up i say, here's hoping they come back

zac may not be as accomplished a pianist as chris martin but perhaps you should consider that the song in question was very basic with simple chords- chosen perfectly to contrast with the its deep subject matter (not to mention zac's forte is the drums not piano). taylor got immense cheer because he deserves it- his voice is soulful and his playing is amazing. isaac is truly impressive and i agree that he offers a different sound. as a trio they provide intense and energetic songs with intelligent and powerful lyrics, brilliantly blended harmonies and great instrumental playing. individually they still have this (obviously minus the harmony!) and by singing independantly they get to experience a completely new vibe from their audience. i went to two concerts at the start of november and had a blast both times. they entertain their fans and, because they write their own songs, do not attempt to fob us off with false meaning and dance moves. having loved their ever-evolving sound for the past eight years i can relate to their music and provide a fairer account than those who judge them on a record released when they weren't even legal- so listen up...they're top dog

Great review...just a few points: the crowd isn't aware of the lyrics to Strong Enough To Break and Penny and Me through file-swapping, the album was released in the States in April and most of the biggest fans have that already. Also, it's quite a shame that the reviewer was not able to appreciate the solos for what they are. There are, unfortunately, a select few at the shows who choose to scream and shout, but the majority are there to listen to the music, and it's sad that the reviewer didn't spend much time listening to Taylor's solo, which was absolutely beautiful. However, the acoustic shows were a brilliant way to introduce everyone to the new music and the electric tour next year should be fantastic.
