Rebelski provides Stickers on Keys

Martin Rebelski releases his second album, Stickers On Keys, on Monday 22 November and is celebrating it with an album launch party at Band On The Wall, with a little help from fellow Twisted Nervers Jukes, Sirconical and Andy Votel.

Stickers On Keys is the follow-up to his debut album, Thanks For Your Thoughts, and sees contributions from the likes of Beats For Beginners' Mike TV, the Montgolfier Brothers' Roger Quigley, and all of Doves.

Its release is preceded by the single Play The School Piano, a hauntingly precious number that features Quigley's tender vocals. The single is backed by two tracks not on the album; the moody strings-led Everything A Pound and the ambient atmospheric echoes of Two Cans And A Piece Of String.

The show at Band On The Wall will feature Rebelski's eight strong live band, including guest slots from both Quigley and Mike TV. It's Rebelski's first show since his support slot for Badly Drawn Boy at the Bridgewater Hall and chances are that Damon will be in the crowd this time to cheer on his new charge.
