Dumb
Bell 2000 by Richard Deacon |
Running
Naked by UK artist Steven Pippin consists of 12 black and
white sequential photographs of a figure in motion taken from inside
washing machines in an American launderette.
The
pictures are taken from Pippin's Laundromat-Locomotion project,
shown at the Tate Gallery in 1999 when he was nominated for the
Turner Prize.
Crystal
Skull is a 'talking skull' by American sound and video artist Tony
Oursler, whose projections onto puppets were shown at Manchester
Art Gallery in 1997.
Richard
Deacon's aluminium sculpture Dumb Bell is shown alongside
two new photo drawings by the artist.
Japanese
artist Tatsuo Miyajima explores the passing of time with
a new LED work.
Cornelia
Parker, who recently wrapped Rodin's Kiss for Days Like These
at Tate Britain, invites the viewer to make their own imaginative
journeys via six feathers taken from different sources. One feather
has come from Sigmund Freud's pillow, another from a wandering albatross,
another from a raven from the Tower of London.
