The winner will go to the BAFTA awards

Look North's 60 Seconds of Fame finalist

Look North viewers have chosen which local filmmaker will join the celebrities on the red carpet at the British Academy Film Awards.

At the end of January, Look North showed five short films from the finalists in the BAFTA Sixty Seconds of Fame Award on TV.

The award aims to support creativity and actively encourage members of the public to take part in the film-making process.

The theme for this year’s Sixty Seconds of Fame was "unite".

Benjamin Stevens won the North East and Cumbria's vote for his film, Frank.

He will receive two tickets to the BAFTAs, where the UK winner will be announced on Sunday night.
