Sarah grew up in East Yorkshire and has always had a keen interest in science and the weather. Sarah has a degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Leicester and has spent time training with met office forecasters, before starting at Look North.

Sarah says 'this job is the ideal way to combine my love for science, with broadcasting, and of course it is great to be back where I grew up'.
