Last year you helped raise over £38 million for Children in Need, a phenomenal figure that enables the charity to fund fantastic projects which aim to help make positive changes to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

This year, we hope to beat that figure with your help.  There's hundreds of events going on across the UK, and Pudsey and Look East's Weather Presenter, Julie Reigner are jumping on board a classic old Bedford OB bus to help raise the profile and the money from across the Bedford area.

Joining Pudsey and Julie on board will be a bunch of undergrads on secondment to General Motors UK who will be shaking buckets at the following destinations:

9.00am          Griffin House Osborne Road Luton
9.10am          High Street, Luton
10.00am        Luton Town Hall to meet the Mayor of Luton
10.50am        Luton and Dunstable Hospital
12.00pm        Asda (Dunstable) Grove Park, Court Drive, Luton
13.30pm        Tesco (Flitwick) Coniston Road, Flitwick
14.45pm        Waitrose, Woburn St, Ampthill, meet the Mayor of Ampthill

So, if you're in the locations above and happen to see a big yellow bear waving, then make sure you wave back!
