Liku
Now i have to walk to school than take a bus, this is stupid

Bon
£30000 for driving a bus! You must be joking.

L. Steggles Hertfordshire
A standard £30,000 a year to do my job, given my current circumstances, would feel like winning the lottery! I earn nowhere near that amount, if I did, I’m not sure I’d feel the need to take industrial action. Yes! It's inconvenient. I don’t drive so; I'm forced to do most of my journey by bus because train fares are prohibitively expensive. I would strike for better pay but can’t because unfortunately I (like most of my colleagues at the last call, simply could not afford to!) The average working man/woman should retain the right to take action or strike for better pay /conditions, though, if negotiation and goodwill don’t work, without incurring the wrath and resentment of the general public because for most of us the reality is that, it really is more than inconvenient, trying to survive on the pittance we get paid and the abuse we have to take.

alison
just plan greedy £2 a stop its appaling most drivers are rude and unhelpful whos going to give them extra money for this service

Johnathon Lal
I do not like what is going on with this bus strike because it is making things very difficult for me to get work and it is coursing a lot of problems. There needs to be a lot of improvement on the bus services

Marcia
I live in Borehamwood and I work in Muswell Hill. I take the 107 and 234 bus. Will this route be affected?

Adam Mason
I run a hospital and this morning 5 nurses have phoned in saying they will be late or will have to take the day off - striking should not be allowed and drivers should be lucky they have a job - they already get paid more than some nurses!

Marion Toska
You're lucky to have jobs at the moment let alone striking for more pay!!!

Carlos Bastidas
I completely disagree with the coments about our drivers from Tara I think the drivers do a wonderful and very useful job for all of us. They are well within their rights to strike for a fairer pay and better conditions. The stress that the job demands should not be part of the job, some of the people's behaviour on the buses is unbelievable and unacceptable. All I am hoping for is a speedy resolutions on all sides so as we might get back to the normal services that we are used to.

zander
cant get to school now! i have to ask my neighbour to drop me off!!!!!!

jackson brown
its up to them what they want to do but i think there just wasting there time

Lamstaes
Having to use a car to drive to the nearest Station hence causing pollution and traffic congestion, not very environmentally friendly!!!!. What good will the money be if you haven't a decent environment to live in.

oyster card
bloody idiots. they are so lazy, all they do is sit on there arse all day.

Rianna morgan
yheese flipplin idiots are always gonning on strike and that means i cant get to school to get an education to get a job and ill end up poor and on the streets .and its pointless lets just say they are striking about money if they stop striking they will hae more money and the longer they work and produce good quality and standards they will get a promotion and then there would be no need for theese bloody strikes.

jonis
is 206 and 332 affected

John Davies
Bus Drivers have the right to express their concerns by going on strike as they are paid poorly. They are doing a stressful and hazardous job which require great deal of concentration. In my understanding they really deserve to receive a pay rise.Although the passengers are left frustrated with the inconvenience the strike will cause; Bus Drivers like any working person have the right to express their concerns until the matter of their pay is solved. So passengers, think about how you would feel if you wasn't paid fairly at your company.

penny
this is a discrase you dont like the job then go somewhere else you faties.there are so many people who would like to take your bloody job.

anon
have you any idea of a bus driver has to put up with from the passengers? do you think thst it is right for bus drivers who will be driving you to have to work long hours to make ends meet? i certainly wouldn't want a tired bus driver driving my bus. the job they do is a responsible one because at the end of the day they are responsible for the safety of a bus load of people and should be paid accordingly.

Phil
Funny that there are always vacancies to become bus drivers. That should tell your intelligent respondents something. And I am not fat.

tara ryan
if you dont like the pay then dont apply for the job, you silly lazy fat twits! you get paid enough for the useless jobs you do!!! i hope you get fire for bunking work! no wonder the polish are knoicking all you jobs, cos you cant do a proper job!!!!

Alex
Stop striking the whole bloody time and do your jobs!!
