The celebrities have agreed to share the microphone with Gary Crowley on the afternoon show between August 18 and September 12. "something special"The idea for the shows stemmed from Danny's producer, said BBC London's Assistant Editor, Justin Kings. "If you've ever called Danny's show, you'll have spoken to Jim (Lahat) and he came up with this idea. It takes something special to fill the gap left by Danny in the summer and this is it!" ![]() Gary Crowley:stepping into Danny's shoes The season will begin with Lucinda Ledgerwood from The Apprentice, who was a guest on Danny's show recently and "went down so well, we were delighted to invite her back," Justin continued. "Sir Alan Sugar's loss is our gain!" Mitch Winehouse, meanwhile, is a regular listener to 94.9 and a friend of the station, as are Phil Daniels and David Grant.
