The BBC London Travel Team's guide to getting to away grounds this season. Here's the update for matches involving London teams for the forthcoming weekend, May 16th and 17th.

The Prem

Man You v Arsenal, 12:45

M6 J19, A556 and A56.
You should be OK for parking as it's an early kick-off, either street parking or private car parks (e.g. The Old Trafford Cricket Ground). I like parking at the Lowry Mall, Salford Quay, which is a short and picturesque walk and you can also take in the Lowry Museum. Good for getting away afterwards too, via the M601.

Train: Metrolink or train from Manchester Piccadilly mainline station. Old Trafford has it's own a railway station next to the ground and a Metrolink station next to the cricket ground.

Everton v West Ham, 15:00

M62, A5058, Stanley Park into Priory Road. Goodison is at the end of this road. Street parking around Walton Lane, or in Stanley Park itself off Priory Road, for about £8.

Train: Kirkdale station is nearest, but most folks prefer Sandhills then a bus.

Newcastle v Fulham, 15:00

A1(M), A1, A184, A189, over the River via the Redheugh Bridge, then up St James Boulevard. The ground's in the middle of the city, so there's plenty of pay 'n' displays but the city gets very busy with shoppers - therefore some folks prefer
to head for the Royal Victoria Infirmary and use the multi storey. Another top tip is to go to Heworth, near Gateshead, park there and get the Metro to the ground.

Tottenham v Man City, 15:00.

The Victoria line is running this weekend.

Sunday

On Sunday at 16:00 Chelsea take on Blackburn at The Bridge and there's a big game at Wembley, also at 16:00; The Blue Square Premier play-off final between Cambridge v Torquay. Good luck to both of those clubs trying to get back to the League.

Have fun! Ooh, and congrats to Millwall, Wembley-bound.
