To launch the East London's premier film festival five filmmaking teams battled it out to make a short movie in 28 hours. With a line of dialogue and a prop from the new film 28 Weeks Later, and a location on Canary Wharf, local filmmakers descended on the Docklands in a race against the clock to produce a short movie that will be the screened at the prestigious Festival. The challenge, run in partnership with the East End Film Festival, Canary Wharf Group, DNA Films and supported by Tower Hamlets Council and VET, took place over three days.
